Grow With SpecialtyCare IONM

IONM is an ever-evolving field and we are looking for individuals with an interest in helping us to grow our practice. In the current field, technology allows monitoring at a level that wasn’t available even a decade ago. Our IONM physicians monitor each case live, via the internet, giving real-time observation and immediate communication with SpecialtyCare’s surgical neurophysiologist, who is there on site with the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and other members of the OR team.
Because of our internet communication capabilities, our clinicians enjoy the benefits of reading multiple cases and monitoring the work of world-class surgeons from the comfort of their home office. SpecialtyCare provides an incredibly rewarding experience for those searching for IONM careers.
SpecialtyCare’s surgical neurophysiologists are also required to become certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) and we have more Diplomates of the American Board of Neurophysiologic Monitoring (DABNM) than any other neuromonitoring provider.
This guarantees onsite monitoring by a highly trained, skilled team member at all times. Our neuromonitoring physicians working from home also enjoy access to SpecialtyCare’s online network, where members of our intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) team share and trade their experiences and best practices. As part of our team, you will be free to explore ways to improve patient care, show your findings at meetings, and be and take an active role in this industry. However, our commitment to knowledge sharing is not limited to our colleagues or our customers.
